We process and store all your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in the present policy.  

We store your data for e-shop administration purposes for not more than 10 years. 

We store your data for direct marketing purposes for not more than 3 years, if we receive your request to cancel direct marketing messages. 

Transfer of Data 


We can transfer your personal data to third parties who assist us in executing and administering of Spectra Baltic newsletter sending and administering our website and storing its data. Such persons can include database software vendors, database administration service providers, cloud service providers, direct marketing service providers, etc. Your personal data may also be provided to authorities or law enforcement institutions, such as police or supervisory authorities, but only upon their request and only when required by applicable law or in order to safeguard our rights or ensure the security of our customers, employees and resources.
